The Challenges

  • Working with 15+ disjointed websites, all with inconsistent messaging, branding, and structure, made it hard to unify each entity under one brand while maintaining clarity.
  • With 15+ legacy websites, there was a risk of losing organic traffic and confusing long-time patients. To avoid any loss of clients or web traffic—and to guide users to the new site—we needed to come up with a strategic solution tailored to each legacy site.
  • The client wanted a premier domain, coastalhealth.com, but it was inactive and privately owned by someone else. This would mean a tricky process in order to acquire it for the client.

  • We created one website architecture that grouped all services under one umbrella while giving each specialty its space to shine. The branding was reimagined to reflect one voice and one mission.
  • To ensure a smooth transition, we implemented intelligent redirects and pop-up messages that reassure visitors and guide them to the right place on the new site.
  • With in-depth research and careful outreach, we were able to find the inactive domain owner, broker its sale, and secure it for the client.
